Shipping

We ship from Amsterdam with PostNL. Shipping costs depend on your location and are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders over €50 ship free.

Risk passes to you when the order is delivered. If a parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us and we will resolve it with the carrier.

Your right of withdrawal (EU)

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To withdraw, email captain@piratetea.com with your order number or use the model withdrawal form below. Return the items within 14 days after notifying us.

• Refunds, including the original standard delivery cost, are made within 14 days of your withdrawal, to the original payment method. We may wait until we receive the goods back.
• Return shipping costs are borne by you unless the item is faulty.
• Sealed food products can be returned only if the seal is unbroken, for reasons of health protection and hygiene.

Faulty items

If something is faulty or not as described, contact us. Your statutory warranty rights under Dutch law remain unaffected.
